I bought new pair of Adiprene running shoes from the Greenbelt Adidas store and traded my old And-1 basketball shoes for a P1000 (US$20) off the purchase price! The old shoes will be donated by Adidas to an organization helping out Filipino indigents. I always wanted to buy a new pair of running or badminton shoes but never had the motivation to go to the store and actually buy one. Great deal huh? It's a win-win situation: I get a new pair of running shoes and one of our Filipino indigent brothers will still be able to appreciate my old shoes. :)Cool! Kudos to Adidas Philippines for this humanitarian effort.
